Members of both groups travelled through to Holyrood to tour the Parliament building with Cathie Craigie and attend a debate in the Chamber.

Cathie Craigie MSP said:

"It's always a great pleasure to take the opportunity to show people from Cumbernauld and Kilsyth around the Scottish Parliament. A great number of local groups and schools have taken the opportunity since the Holyrood building opened in 2004. As the local MSP I am always happy to arrange tours and gallery tickets for constituents."
